Terrible company. They will lie to get you business. They don’t adequately vet their affiliates which causes a high degree of fraud. The platform is clumsy!

Terrible customer service and they treat their merchants poorly.

If technology is PepperJam’s forte I give them an F. We applied more than a month ago found out a couple weeks ago, that application didn’t even arrive. We applied again, and still haven’t heard anything… WOW!! Class, can we say “FAILURE!”

Two of their checks bounced (Jan 2016) and I was hit with returned check fees. They tell me they will “look into it” but have not reissued the checks or reimbursed me for the bounce fees.

Then, after I earned over $100 in commissions from them on MLB.TV sales, they said that MLB.TV was shutting down their affiliate program immediately, and they removed all of those commissions from my account overnight.

I think Pepper Jam Network is a great idea to make extra side money.
I have earned income from them.

PJN is one of my best affiliate network. They are just similar to CJ and have many of the famous brand offers which are available no where at other affiliates.
Their payouts are monthly and they even pay via paypal and other payment options.

I like the concept of interacting with the affiliate manager of the company directly via chat feature.
They have even the ebay partner network offers. And the new storebuilder feature is awesome.

The shortcoming is, they don’t have email/zip submit offers.

In my opinion Pepperjam Network is the best out there – they are definitley growing faster than any of the others. One of the things I like most is thr fact that they have both retail and lead offers. Others like Azoogle only have lead gen. Also, Pepperjam has Jelly Belly, Sesame Street (I have kids) and a ton of fashion merchants that others don’t have.

there interface is great – I just hate applying and waiting, similar to CJ.com or share a sale. pjn is increasingly growing and adding new offers. I also like they are interacting with their affiliates and providing those questionnaires and such.

the interface is great very ajaxy like and very visual, which is what all networks are missing. sometimes looking at numbers isn’t working, we need a visual apsect to quickly see where we or I stand in my earnings.
