1. Affiliate disclosure
Affpinions is free to use. To support the time it takes to research listings and write guides, some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and then join a program, buy a product or sign up for a service, we may receive a commission from that company. You do not pay anything extra.

- Paid Verified Network Listings confirm that data has been checked with the network. They do not buy rankings, reviews or editorial coverage.

The content on Affpinions — including listings, guides, blog posts, wiki entries, calculators and tools — is provided for general information and education. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of content on the Site.
3. Accuracy of listings
We research listings carefully and review them periodically, but affiliate networks frequently change commission rates, payout thresholds, payment methods, cookie windows, accepted countries and terms without notice. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that information on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date. Always confirm details directly with the network or program before joining or promoting. If you spot an error, please tell us.
4. Earnings disclaimer
Examples of earnings, conversion rates, EPCs and calculator outputs on the Site are illustrative only. They are not promises or guarantees of income. Results in affiliate marketing depend on many factors including your niche, audience, traffic sources, effort, experience, market conditions and the policies of third parties. Many people earn little or nothing from affiliate marketing. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
5. No legal, financial or tax advice
Articles about compliance, disclosure, payments and tax are general summaries of complex topics that vary by jurisdiction and change over time. They are not legal, financial, investment or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional about your circumstances.

Affpinions does not operate, own or control any of the affiliate networks or programs listed, and is not responsible for their conduct, products, payments, tracking or terms. Inclusion of a company on the Site is not an endorsement or a guarantee that it is legitimate or will pay you. 7. Regulated and age-restricted markets
Some listings relate to gambling, adult products, financial services, crypto-assets or health products. These are regulated or age-restricted in many countries. Listing them does not mean promoting them is lawful where you or your audience are located. You must be 18 or over and comply with all applicable laws, advertising codes and platform policies. 8. Trade marks
All company names, product names, logos and brands mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification purposes only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
9. Tools
Our calculators, currency converter and domain lookup tool are provided for convenience. Currency rates are indicative mid-market or reference rates and may differ from rates offered by payment providers. Domain data is retrieved from public registry services and may be incomplete.
